1. Use of Service

VRESERV is an online platform that enables users to discover restaurants and make reservations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant. While we strive to provide accurate and real-time information, VRESERV does not guarantee that all bookings will be accepted. Restaurants may modify or cancel reservations due to operational reasons.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. You are responsible for arriving on time or cancelling your booking in advance where required.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Each restaurant may have its own cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or misuse of the booking system may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.

5. Payments

Where applicable, payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. VRESERV does not store full payment card information. Any refunds or disputes related to payments are subject to the restaurant's policies and the payment provider's terms.

6. Platform Role

VRESERV acts as a facilitator between customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service standards, pricing, hygiene, or overall dining experience provided by restaurants.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Make fraudulent or fake reservations
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
• Access or use data without authorization
• Engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRESERV is not liable for:

• Reservation failures or cancellations
• Losses resulting from restaurant services
• Technical issues, downtime, or third-party failures

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
